Packaging for Precision Ground Bars & Metal Stock

Mozaic Precision Metals provides bar packaging to support handling, storage, and shipment of precision ground material. Packaging is selected according to bar dimensions, weight, surface condition, and delivery requirements.

Wood boxes and protective packaging help reduce movement and contact damage during handling and transit. Include any special surface protection, package weight, or unloading requirements when requesting a quote.

Packaging is available with our bar supply and processing services, including centerless grinding, straightening, polishing, cutting, and chamfering.

We prepare wood boxes for bar stock based on the material’s length, quantity, and package weight. Protective wrapping and separation requirements can be reviewed for ground or polished surfaces.

Specify your maximum weight per package and whether material must be separated by grade, heat number, size, or order line. Include any required package labels or material identification instructions.

Let us know about forklift access, unloading restrictions, or non-stackable handling requirements so these can be considered when preparing your shipment.
